Explore yoga and massage-related techniques to relax and pamper yourself just before or after a new baby arrives. During this time, your body and spirit are going through an amazing transformation towards motherhood. Honoring your whole self and the changes you're going through by employing these simple techniques can release tension and bring great comfort. Participants will benefit by learning to calm their own nervous system, increase circulation, and encourage relaxation.
